Wolfpack Success is a student support program offered by Wellness and Recreation designed to provide students with the skills and resources needed for academic success. Participants are provided with four virtual modules and options for in-person activities, including meetings with certified wellness coaches to develop effective strategies for NC State and beyond.
Throughout the program, students will be offered experiences outside of the typical virtual setting that encourages accountability and put the strategies to use, such as meditations, sleep tracking, and Wellness and Recreation fitness classes. The overall intent of the program is to impact the student experience and increase student success positively.
Program Objectives
Improve self-efficacy, well-being, and academic success through learning lifestyle-related skills.
Promote the application of learned material in all aspects of life to encourage healthy habits.
Connect students to university resources that enhance and support student well-being and success.
Program Details
Four-week program-hybrid approach (virtual content and optional in-person activities)
Four weekly, personal development modules focused on:
- Time management
- Sleep optimization
- Stress management
- Participant Choice (Pick one): Eating Healthy on a Budget, Goal-setting, Mindfulness, or Coping Styles & Strategies
The program will take place on Google Sites with options for in-person and synchronous virtual activities.
