Next Fall, the Pappas Program is offering six graduate-level courses in real estate development:

RED 541 Real Estate Law
RED 542 Applied Real Estate Economics

RED 544 Housing, Culture, Policy + Production (Sections RED 544.001/ARC 590.001)
RED 590 Real Estate Market and Data Analytics

These courses are designed for students passionate about community building and real estate development, with a focus on the interdisciplinary connections between design, natural resources, engineering, and business. Undergraduate juniors and seniors are also encouraged to enroll.
