About the Speaker – Montalvo is an expert in sea ice for the federal government. As the operations technical director for the U.S. National Ice Center, Montalvo focuses on providing relevant sea ice information services to USNIC’s users. She is also the primary USNIC representative to national and international organizations (and, a MEAS alum!)
