Beyond Undergrad
Preparing for a career in public or nonprofit service with a MPA
The Department of Public Administration offers a Master of Public Administration that focuses on practical and problem-solving skills with courses like Budgeting, Policy Analysis, and Human Resource Management. We emphasize public service values — including efficiency, effectiveness, equity and accountability.
Our program is 36 credit hours and full-time students typically complete the degree in two years. Most classes are taught in the evening to accommodate the schedules of working students, and students who come straight from undergrad are supported in engaging a semester-long internship. Our Program has rolling admissions for both fall and spring semesters.
