The Caldwell Fellows Program is now recruiting for our next cohort of emerging leaders! We’re seeking students who demonstrate exceptional character, a commitment to service, and a dedication to personal development.
Our Student Recruitment Team has organized a series of information sessions and events throughout the fall semester, providing multiple opportunities for interested students to learn about our program. These events can be found at the top of our homepage at caldwellfellows.ncsu.edu and in the NC State EBillboard system. From traditional information sessions in Talley to our signature Packapalooza event and virtual options, we’ve designed these sessions to be accessible and engaging for all students.
These recruitment events are for first-year students who:
- Show evidence of personal discipline and academic commitment (3.25 GPA minimum)
- Demonstrate exceptional character and a commitment to service
- Are ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities of leadership development
- Want to be part of an interdisciplinary community focused on servant-leadership
