MEAS Undergraduate Updates
The University Special Events Office is accepting Chancellor’s Aides applications for the 2023-24 School Year!

Positions are available to rising juniors, seniors, and graduate students.

The students are chosen for this program on the basis of their academic standing (2.5 minimum GPA is required), ability to communicate, their willingness to learn about the university and their enthusiasm for NC State!

Chancellor’s Aides responsibilities include:
  • Hosting at the Chancellor’s pre-game receptions for home football and basketball games.
  • Hosting at Red & White Week signature events, Watauga Medal Awards Dinner and donor-recognition events.
  • Assisting the Chancellor’s Office and others as appropriate at official dinners and receptions.
  • Hosting other activities which might be scheduled during the year.
We are excited to continue the mission of the program which promotes a positive image of NC State to current and future students, alumni and friends and instill the Chancellor’s Aides the value of a lifelong relationship with the university.
