It’s that time of year again! If you are a recent or soon-to-be college graduate of color interested in environmental careers, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider completing a 2022 RAY Diversity Fellowship application! In February 2022 we are expecting to post around 20 Fellowship positions with portfolios including public lands and tribal engagement, science and policy research and analysis, finance and philanthropy, grassroots organizing, communications, education, managing wind energy projects, and more in the clean energy, conservation, and marine fields. The RAY Diversity Fellowship is a two-year, full-time placement with one of our partner conservation or clean energy organizations with the goal of increasing and facilitating environmentally-related career pathways for emerging leaders of color.
