MEAS Undergraduate Updates

The Global Training Initiative at NC State University has opened the application process for the Developing Cultural Competence (DCC) Student Certificate and Virtual Exchange program! This is a co-curricular program that connects our diverse students with students at our global partner institutions for global learning and cultural exchange. We are offering 8 course meetings times through the Spring 2022 semester:

GTI will open our Spring 2022 application when our October 2021 sessions are underway. The priority application deadline for Spring 2022 DCC sessions is Friday, January 14, 2022.

We anticipate offering workshops at the following dates/times:

February Tuesdays at 9:00 AM (EST): Feb 1, 8, 15, and 22

February Wednesdays at 8:00 PM (EST): Feb 2, 9, 16, and 23

February Thursdays at 9:00 AM (EST): Feb 3, 10, 17, and 24

February Fridays at 9:00 AM (EST): Feb 4, 11, 18 and 25

Raleigh, North Carolina will begin Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, March 14. The following DCC sessions are listed in Eastern Daylight Time (UTC -4:00)

March-April Mondays at 9:00 AM (EDT): March 21 and 28, April 4 and 11
