Students experiencing technology access challenges during online learning can contact the Libraries for a list of technology
available for loan and to submit an online request. Laptop computers (both PC & Mac) are available, but it may take a few days to fill some requests because of high demand. A limited number of Wifi hotspots will be available for lending on a trial basis, but these cannot be guaranteed to work well in all circumstances and locations.

Additionally, students can submit a Pack Essentials application to see if they qualify for a student emergency fund grant. The student ombuds works closely with Financial Aid, and eligibility is based on each student’s financial aid eligibility. In most cases, students will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting a Pack Essentials application, and, if they qualify, they will receive a grant within 2-3 days depending on their bank transfer.
