Park Scholarships is excited to announce the presentation of the 22nd annual William C. Friday Award to Bree Newsome Bass. Ms. Newsome Bass, an artist, filmmaker, and activist from Charlotte, N.C., will join Park Scholars for a conversation on leadership, confronting racial inequities, and driving change in communities. The online event will take place on Saturday, August 22 at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
