We hope you can join us online on June 9 to meet the editors of the ASLO journals. This virtual panel, followed by topic-based breakout room discussions, will offer space for researchers to engage with editors and learn more about the publishing process. The event will place special emphasis on questions from students and early career researchers, but the discussion is welcome to all members and affiliates of the ASLO community. Registration (through this link) closes on June 3rd.
The webinar will take place on Jun 9, 2020 04:30 PM in Eastern Time (US and Canada) and consists of two parts:
Virtual Panel (50 minutes)
During the virtual panel, we will introduce the ASLO editors, our Wiley team, and Raelyn Cole Editorial Fellows. Raelyn Cole fellows will engage the Editors in a pre-recorded conversation around your pre-submitted questions about the publishing process. Please submit your questions for the editors with your registration or on twitter @rcef_aslo by May 25.
Breakout Sessions (30 minutes)
In the second part of the event, the ASLO editors and Raelyn Cole fellows will host interactive live discussions with ASLO editors and attendees via topic-based breakout rooms. These discussions will begin with an introduction to the topic, followed by an interactive discussion.
