The Nonprofit Leadership and Development class (COM 466) enrolls students for all colleges and majors (including graduate students) in this service-learning class where students volunteer 30 hours throughout the semester with a local nonprofit agency. Hours are arranged based on student schedules blended with agency needs and vary by the agency for each student.
Over the past 28 (nonconsecutive) semesters, students in COM 466 have raised nearly $2 MILLION for local nonprofits and given nearly 19,000 hours of service to impact our community.
