If you have students who are looking to complete GEP requirements this summer, please be sure to remind them that study abroad is a unique opportunity available to them to fulfill these requirements. The deadline to apply for these programs is February 15th.
I’d like to highlight our Puerto Rico: Engineering, Issues in Latin America and the Caribbean, and Science, Tech and Society program, which is an interdisciplinary program allowing students to earn credits towards their Interdisciplinary Perspectives and Global Knowledge requirements. The faculty leading this program are hosting an information session today (2/6) in EB1 room 1010 on Centennial Campus from 5:30-7:30pm so students can learn more about the opportunity.
