The study abroad summer deadline is approaching on February 15! We hope that you’ll encourage students to pursue these valuable opportunities at studyabroad.ncsu.edu. We also wanted to highlight this study abroad internship opportunity as well, led by Marcy Bullock. Opportunities are available in all fields and Spanish language skills (though highly beneficial!) are not required.
DATES: May 20 – July 5
INTERNSHIP: 33 hours/week
COURSES: USC 202: Career Exploration and Development (2 credits)
USC 298: Special Topics, Internship (6 credits)
Internships are available in English with many opportunities to develop and/or enhance your Spanish skills. In addition, participants earn 8 NC State credits through the internship and a Career Exploration class with NC State Program Director, Marcy Bullock. In this class, students will discover personal strengths, values, skills, and personality. The deadline to apply is just over 3 weeks away (2/15/2020) with rolling admissions.
