Registrations for the 2019 MEAS-FER Research Symposium are open! The Research Symposium is an annual event to showcase graduate and undergraduate research in MEAS and FER, and encourage collaboration within and between the departments. All faculty, postdocs, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students are invited to attend!
This year, the Research Symposium will occur on two separate days during the first week of classes:
Tuesday, August 20th: Research Lab Lightning Talks
Want to learn what the research labs in MEAS and FER study? Researchers (faculty and graduate students) will present five minute lightning talks on the research interests and general methods of their research lab. (If you are interested in giving a lightning talk, there’s a section in the registration form to sign up!)
Friday, August 23rd: Research Symposium
Join us for research talks by graduate and undergraduate students, a science communication keynote speaker (more on this soon!), and a reception at Ba-Da Wings!
